Huntington, West Virginia is located where WV, Ohio and Kentucky meet.   Interstate 64 provides easy access.  If you are driving from the east, take exit 15 which is Route 60 and go right at the end of the ramp.  Stay on Route 60 as it becomes 3rd Avenue and you will reach the university in about 4 miles.   If you are driving from the west, then take exit 12 (Route 10 or Hal Greer Blvd) and go left at the traffic light at the end of the ramp.   The university is about 3 miles away.

Huntington has a major airport (HTS) and has service from Delta and  USAir primarily.   Charleston, WV (CRW) is an hour away and has a better selection of flights.
